Leads technical integration of customer payloads and mission requirements onto spacecraft. Owns interface documentation, compliance matrices, verification traceability, risk mitigation, and multidisciplinary coordination. Own RF test strategy, automation infrastructure, and system-level validation for spacecraft and ground communication systems. Develop Python-based test automation, fixtures, procedures, and data-analysis tools; operate RF laboratory equipment; characterize waveforms and wireless links; troubleshoot hardware and software; and validate GNSS receivers, radios, antennas, and other RF components through production, environmental, coexistence, desense, beamforming, and OTA testing.

Owns the design, development, and implementation of RF test fixtures and software for wireless space products. Responsibilities include controlling RF test equipment, testing radios and GNSS receivers up to 32GHz, building hardware fixtures, supporting radiation and ground station testing, and developing satellite-to-ground data pipeline tests. The role collaborates across RF, software, mechanical, hardware, and ground software teams.

Lead business development and growth across DoD and Intelligence Community national security R&D markets. Identify opportunities, shape customer requirements, build five-year pipelines, lead capture and proposal strategies, develop partnerships, and engage government stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering and mission teams on solutions and white papers, monitor acquisition pathways, represent the company at industry and classified forums, and align defense pursuits with executive strategy.

Processes invoices and vendor payments, maintains ERP vendor and customer data, manages AP policies, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, tax filings, and month-end close activities. Supports audits, resolves vendor and customer inquiries, ensures accurate GL coding and AP data integrity, and collaborates with finance and tax service providers. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, internal controls expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Build and maintain internal web applications, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations supporting spacecraft manufacturing and business operations. Use Python, FastAPI, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Airbyte, and AWS. Assist with cloud deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, code reviews, and agile development while working under senior engineer mentorship.
