Lead spacecraft mechanisms design, analysis, testing, operation, sustainment, and improvement. Manage and grow a team of responsible engineers, set product roadmap, implement engineering processes, execute test campaigns, and collaborate with manufacturing and operations to deliver reliable flight components.

Lead technical execution and integration for large, multi-mission space programs from kickoff through delivery. Lead RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management. Partner with engineering, facilities, finance, legal, and operations to support capital projects and continuous improvement, driving cost, quality, delivery, and risk improvements.

Lead vehicle assembly and integration from build start to launch readiness. Coordinate across structures, propulsion, avionics, software, firmware, and test teams; develop and execute system-level tests; drive integration, test readiness, anomaly resolution, configuration control, schedule management, and design feedback.

Own all aspects of the Deneb propulsion system from concept to product realization: design engine components and layouts, create detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform fluid/thermal/structural analysis, coordinate procurement/fabrication/assembly, and resolve technical issues to enable flight hardware.

Own full-cycle recruiting for SG&A/corporate functions (Finance, People, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, Ops). Partner with leaders to define hiring strategy, build talent pipelines, manage end-to-end hiring, advise on market and compensation, and improve recruiting processes and infrastructure to support company scaling.

Lead technical owner for Infor ERP: administer and optimize Infor LN/SyteLine, build InforOS/ION workflows and Mongoose extensions, design REST/ION BOD integrations, ensure data integrity across PLM/MES/HRIS, tune performance, and provide escalation-level support.

Coordinate interview logistics across time zones, manage candidate communications and travel, assist with offer letters and onboarding, maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics, and support background check and onboarding completion to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
