Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive business reviews. Sell DeleteMe's privacy SaaS to state, local, and education (SLED) customers. Drive pipeline through lead generation and MEDDPICC-based qualification, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally to meet legal/security requirements, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and pursue customer expansion and referrals.
