Leads complex tax compliance and advisory engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses. Provides partner-level tax return review, strategic planning, regulatory guidance, client relationship management, business development, engagement oversight, and practice leadership. Mentors tax professionals and contributes to thought leadership, technology adoption, and process improvement initiatives.

Supports the Tax Service Line Finance team through financial analysis, recurring reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, pricing, profitability analysis, revenue-cycle reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data validation. The analyst prepares leadership materials, resolves discrepancies, improves reporting through automation and reusable templates, and partners with FP&A and practice leaders on financial questions and special projects.

Collaborate with clients and internal tax professionals while reviewing complex partnership and corporate filings and advising on nexus, apportionment, withholding, and related state tax matters.

Leads state and local tax consulting and compliance services, including multistate returns, nexus and sales tax studies, residency issues, audit defense, due diligence, pass-through entity taxation, tax research, and legislative analysis. The role also supports business development, client service, tax planning, technology initiatives, thought leadership, and staff mentoring.

Leads M&A and tax transaction engagements, developing federal tax strategies, structuring complex deals, managing tax risks, advising clients, supporting post-merger integration, and identifying additional service opportunities. Requires extensive tax compliance or consulting experience and a CPA, EA, or JD.

Conduct federal income tax research and analysis; support M&A tax structuring, internal restructurings, and domestic tax due diligence; draft tax memos, emails, and firm-wide alerts; and assist with federal income tax training. The role requires extensive experience advising on partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations, along with a law degree and strong tax research skills.

Lead and supervise FEMA-related consulting engagements supporting state/local disaster recovery programs. Ensure FEMA and 2 CFR 200 compliance, manage financial and accounting activities, expedite disaster closeouts, support business development, and guide team growth and quality of client deliverables. May involve travel and extended hours.
