Maintain a consolidated demand plan and support monthly S&OP by preparing inputs, reviewing forecast changes, and highlighting risks. Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, analyze demand trends, support capacity planning and product allocation, coordinate across manufacturing sites, prepare executive reports, improve planning tools/processes, and collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to mitigate constraints and prioritize products.

Leads the Industrial Segment’s monthly S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, capacity, inventory, revenue, and customer commitments. Develops forecasts, supply plans, inventory targets, risk scenarios, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting. Partners cross-functionally with sales, product management, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and operations. Drives planning process standardization, system improvements, continuous improvement, and enterprise planning governance.
