Provides direct, highly discreet support to the CEO by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, documents, priorities, communications, and corporate events. Partner with senior leaders to optimize spend and data usage, build high-performing teams, and implement scalable supplier governance and sourcing processes.

Support and deliver executive protection and global safety strategy for senior leaders. Manage security contractors and vendors, lead incident response and internal investigations, provide travel risk assessments and briefings, assess event security and provide on-site support, coordinate with regional security teams and business stakeholders, and help mature the Global Security Operations Center and physical security programs.
