Owns global People Operations for approximately 200 employees across 36 countries, including the employee lifecycle, HRIS administration, people analytics, compliance, engagement, DEI, workplace experience, and HR program implementation. Partners with Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and Talent Acquisition while supporting headcount planning, compensation initiatives, audits, mobility, and scalable employee programs.

Develop and scale Python-based web test automation, emphasizing API-level validation, efficient large-scale CI execution, and zero-flake reliability. Troubleshoot complex failures using logs, network captures, and backtraces; manage containerized and virtual test environments; optimize pipelines; and collaborate with developers on shift-left quality. The role also involves adopting AI-assisted tooling, maintaining automation frameworks, conducting code reviews, and establishing engineering standards.
