Manage and grow strategic contract furniture accounts across Southern CA and Southern NV. Lead customer team calls, visit sites to close deals, coordinate high-priority requests and site visits, develop value-added solutions with internal teams, and communicate with C-level clients and vendor partners to execute growth strategies.

Partner with business development and sales to onboard large enterprise customers, execute implementations using onboarding playbooks, manage cross-functional project calls, design scalable eCommerce program solutions, serve as SME, engage executive stakeholders, monitor post-implementation ramp, and improve onboarding processes.

Develop marketplace strategies, monitor competitive dynamics, partner cross-functionally on assortment and fulfillment, track KPIs, and drive revenue, margin, and conversion improvements. Act as subject matter expert and mentor, influencing marketplace execution and digital commerce growth.

Manage and optimize third-party marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart) to drive revenue, conversion, and margin. Execute listing, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies. Analyze performance data, track KPIs, partner cross-functionally (Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance), and support junior team members and process improvements.

Design, configure, and administer the Splunk observability platform for enterprise-scale log and event ingestion. Optimize pipelines for performance, cost, and retention; integrate Splunk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes), CI/CD and deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible), and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, PagerDuty). Implement automation using Python/Bash, manage Splunk apps/roles, and support observability and APM initiatives while collaborating within SAFe using Jira and Confluence.

Drive account growth and profitability by securing renewals and incremental contracts. Develop and execute account growth plans, collaborate with category and support teams, use sales tools to prioritize activity, negotiate pricing, implement customer programs, and build executive relationships to maximize retention and profitability.

Lead architecture and evolution of enterprise observability platforms (APM, infrastructure monitoring, session replay, log analytics). Define integration patterns, telemetry standards, and governance. Partner with Engineering, SRE, Product, and Infrastructure to embed observability best practices, evaluate new technologies (OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, AI-driven observability), drive platform standardization, and manage vendor relationships to improve MTTD/MTTR and system reliability.
