Provide legal counsel and underwriting support for global surety business, advising on risk, contracts, bond forms, indemnity and co-surety agreements; negotiate transactions; monitor regulatory and legal developments; support product development, training, and international growth initiatives.

Lead development and execution of a middle-market contract surety go-to-market strategy. Build and manage an underwriting team and portfolio, draft underwriting criteria, ensure portfolio stays within appetite, collaborate with brokers and customers, maintain compliance and documentation, and monitor competitive landscape.
