Provide onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals for assigned growers and territories. Maintain CRM, coordinate with Territory Managers and internal teams, run pre- and post-sales tasks, document feedback, attend events, and drive customer adoption of Semios tools both virtually and in person.

The Director of Sales Excellence will design and scale a high-performance sales organization at Semios Group, develop consistent sales frameworks, manage training programs, and support revenue growth through effective processes and collaboration across departments.
