Supports capital raising, investor relationship management, fund operations, reporting, filings, KYC, onboarding, and CRM maintenance for a private credit real estate fund. Builds and manages investor pipelines, coordinates meetings and due diligence, prepares investor materials and performance reports, and works with the external fund administrator. The role requires strong sales ability, organization, writing, attention to detail, and comfort using AI and modern productivity tools. It is office-based in Santa Monica and requires at least two years of post-graduation experience.
