The Sr. GRC Analyst enhances risk ownership and controls through GRC frameworks, data monitoring, and policy governance, contributing to enterprise-wide risk management.

Develop, edit, and maintain policies, procedures, and member-facing regulatory disclosures. Ensure documentation aligns with legal and regulatory standards, perform gap analyses, manage version control and publication, and partner with compliance, legal, risk, and business teams to validate accuracy and maintain audit-ready repositories.

Provide second-line ERM oversight of enterprise fraud risk across products, channels, technologies, and third parties. Develop and maintain fraud risk assessments, map risks to controls, assess control design and effectiveness, track remediation, support analytics and AI/ML-enabled fraud monitoring, prepare executive and board reporting, support regulatory exams and governance, and partner cross-functionally on innovation and vendor risk.
