Improve help documentation, training materials, playbooks, and scaled onboarding programs while managing multiple customer timelines and adapting to varied business needs.

Owner of Grow (GoHighLevel) onboarding, churn-saves, and escalated technical support. Run White Glove setups, lead live configuration calls, troubleshoot automations/integrations/A2P SMS, document work, and surface patterns to CX Ops and Product to increase adoption and retention.

First-line support for PushPress clients via Intercom: respond to chats, triage and resolve or escalate issues, manage queue health and SLAs, follow up on pending conversations, validate support content, identify trends, and collaborate with L1/L2 teammates while staying current on product changes.
