The Founding DevOps Engineer will establish the infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline, observability strategy, and security fundamentals while collaborating with application developers.

Lead onboarding, train venue teams, provide multi-channel support, troubleshoot and escalate issues, manage accounts to drive adoption and retention, identify expansion opportunities, and relay product feedback to improve the platform.
