Lead design and scaling of compensation, equity, HR systems, and HR operations for a growing biotech. Own total rewards strategy, benchmarking, incentive programs, HRIS roadmap, vendor management, compliance cycles (401(k), ACA, FSA, EEO-1), and internal controls. Partner with Finance, Legal, Board, and external advisors to build audit-ready processes and scalable service delivery.
