Generates and qualifies new business opportunities for Allucent’s contract research and development services. The role conducts outbound prospecting, identifies pharmaceutical and biotechnology decision-makers, develops territory and account strategies, creates messaging campaigns, schedules meetings for Business Development representatives, and maintains sales activity data in Salesforce. It requires understanding clinical trial processes, applicable regulations, and consultative prospecting within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry. The position is remote across the United States and requires 30–60% travel.

Leads business development, sales acquisition, account management, pipeline growth, client relationships, bid pursuits, contract negotiations, and sales strategy for life sciences clients. Manages opportunities from lead generation through contract execution, coordinates proposals and bid defenses, maintains Salesforce records, transfers awarded work to operations, and supports revenue growth among emerging biopharmaceutical companies.
