Develop and execute test plans for ruggedized military hardware, automate testing, analyze data, design test fixtures, troubleshoot electronics and embedded code, perform root cause analysis, and conduct environmental and EMI/EMC/ESD testing while documenting results and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage pricing, proposals, and contracts including certified cost data for development and production contracts. Negotiate agreements and support compliance with DCAA/DCMA standards.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts for DoD avionics and mission systems. Perform hands-on design, troubleshooting, systems engineering, and mentor engineers. Guide testing and certification (MIL-STD, DO-178), support proposals and customer deliverables, and balance technical direction with cost and schedule.
