Provides administrative, operational, and project management support to Talent Business Partners and the Vice President. Coordinates HR programs, process improvements, workforce planning, employee communications, compliance documentation, reporting, meetings, calendars, travel, and expenses. Build bottom-up forecasts, analyze SKU performance, develop reporting/tools, support NPI/LTO volume builds, align with Finance and Operations, present recommendations to leadership, and improve forecast accuracy through statistical methods and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead trade sales demand planning and SKU-level forecasting for small and large format channels. Build and validate bottoms-up forecasts, develop reporting and tools, analyze SKU performance, support new product launches, and align cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy and drive procurement and distribution decisions.

Lead budget management, forecasting, month-end reporting, and price/promotion guidance for the convenience channel.
