Owns positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, content, and sales enablement for Moby, Triple Whale’s AI product. The role translates complex AI capabilities into customer value, develops market differentiation, evaluates competing solutions, creates collateral and demonstrations, and serves as an AI evangelist. The manager collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Growth, Brand, and executive leadership to improve product adoption and go-to-market effectiveness.

Own go-to-market launches, weekly product drops, and product marketing for the platform team. Develop positioning, messaging, customer communications, demos, videos, social content, and visual assets. Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, measure reach and adoption, gather customer insights, and improve future launches. Translate technical platform improvements into clear customer benefits while supporting product decisions, customer education, and enablement for sales and customer success teams.
