Coordinate US Customs entry documentation and data entry for imports, classify commercial invoices using HTS/US Tariff references, process entries via ABI/AMS, manage delivery orders and invoicing, audit brokerage files, handle customs rejections and customer inquiries, and maintain import compliance.

Perform intercompany reconciliations and dispute resolution across 30+ entities, manage intercompany recharges, analyze P&L expense and balance sheet accounts, produce reporting for finance and sales, liaise with stakeholders to support STP processes, automate reporting/processes, and perform other finance duties as assigned.

Lead commercial and operational performance for designated multinational customers. Drive revenue, gross profit, contract compliance, service excellence, strategic account plans, cross-selling, KPI reporting, and coordinate global/regional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
