Lead firmwide CAD standards, templates, and content libraries for utility-scale solar, BESS, and substations. Manage AutoCAD/Civil 3D configurations, QA/QC drawing audits, implement CAD tools and automation, train and mentor drafting staff, and partner with engineering and automation teams to standardize and improve drafting workflows.

Lead and own accounting integrity, monthly close, financial reporting, internal controls, audit and tax support, lender compliance, budgeting/forecasting, FP&A analysis, and improvements to finance systems while partnering with leadership and external advisors.

Senior contributor on high-voltage substation design focused on protection & control and physical design. Lead QA/QC, redline and cross-check drawings, produce complex plans and specifications, mentor junior engineers, engage with clients, and perform occasional field visits (~10%). Serve as technical resource across projects and may act as Engineer of Record if eligible.
