Serve as primary customer contact for onboarding, training, and workflow optimization of RapidAI products. Monitor usage data, design disease-specific workflows, present QBRs, drive renewals and upsell, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve clinical adoption and outcomes.

Manage end-to-end implementations of RapidAI software at hospitals: lead kickoffs, configure scanner protocols, coordinate technical onboarding (HL7/PACS/DICOM), coach clinical teams through go-lives, provide support, track site data, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
