Own Agiloft’s procurement go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, launches, content, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and analyst relations. Partner with product management to influence roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions. Build procurement buyer business cases, develop customer advocacy, track program performance, and align product, marketing, sales, demand generation, and enablement around growth initiatives.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts by driving executive alignment, customer adoption, renewals, expansion revenue, and long-term value. Develop multi-year account strategies, lead complex SaaS and consumption-based sales cycles, manage MEDDPICC qualification, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Solution Consulting teams while forecasting pipeline, mitigating risks, governing AI token consumption, and influencing product and go-to-market strategy.

Own integrated demand generation and account-based marketing programs to create qualified B2B pipeline. Develop audience segmentation, campaign strategy, channel mix, personalization, and sales activation across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and partners to execute campaigns, measure pipeline impact, and optimize performance using data, intent signals, AI, and marketing technology.

Own day-to-day execution of the company’s partner-managed FedRAMP program. Translate FedRAMP and NIST requirements into actions, coordinate evidence collection and remediation, assess submission quality, track findings, manage shared-responsibility dependencies, and drive commitments across technical and business teams. Maintain program readiness, scope clarity, reporting, risk escalation, and continuous-monitoring activities while serving as the operational interface with external FedRAMP partners and assessors.

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate reusable enterprise integrations using Workato and modern APIs. Partner with engineering teams, define data flows and security models, create custom connectors and integration templates, and ensure production observability, testing, documentation, and support. Translate partner needs into product requirements, support sales proofs of concept, evaluate agent integration patterns, and use AI coding tools while validating security, correctness, and maintainability.

Lead the strategy, architecture, administration, optimization, and integration of Agiloft’s Salesforce ecosystem. Gather requirements, design and implement Salesforce solutions, oversee data flows and connected services, guide Salesforce Administrators, manage vendors and implementation partners, and lead related projects. Ensure best practices, automation, system reliability, data accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated platforms.

Lead AI strategy and implementation for go-to-market teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Build and scale AI copilots, agents, RAG workflows, automations, and integrations that improve productivity, pipeline, customer outcomes, and revenue. Engage customers and sales teams to identify opportunities, manage an AI roadmap, monitor deployed solutions, ensure governance, coach AI builders, and translate AI capabilities into measurable business results.

Leads procurement-focused product strategy, customer implementations, sales motions, thought leadership, and ecosystem partnerships. Translates source-to-pay operational expertise into CLM product use cases, workflows, integrations, and adoption programs. Supports enterprise procurement opportunities, partners with product and professional services teams, trains customer-facing teams, develops procurement content, and represents the company at industry events. Requires extensive procurement transformation leadership and strong executive communication skills.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Agiloft’s CLM platform, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Build pipeline, manage complex deals and buying committees, execute MEDDPICC-based close plans, deliver value-based presentations and demonstrations, coordinate RFPs, RFIs, and proof-of-concept evaluations, and maintain accurate forecasts. Partner with solutions consulting, marketing, professional services, and implementation teams while articulating the business value of AI-enabled contract management.

Own the architecture and development of critical backend and cloud platform domains. Design scalable, secure, multi-tenant distributed systems on AWS, including event-driven services, APIs, data models, and AI/ML infrastructure. Lead major initiatives from design through release, align cross-functional stakeholders, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive reliability, observability, security, and cost-efficiency improvements.
