Lead design and execution of Midi's internal communications function, partnering with executives, clinical and corporate teams to craft strategy, build comms infrastructure, manage change and crises, and create creative content programs using AI-enabled tools to engage employees across the organization.

The Director, People Operations, Data & Technology will architect the people operational system, oversee workforce planning and analytics, drive HR technology, lead AI initiatives, and ensure compliance across people processes.

Lead Midi's social strategy and execution across all platforms, build scalable production and measurement systems, mentor the social team, drive engagement and brand growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify cultural conversations and business outcomes.
