Supports marketing campaigns, brand awareness, user acquisition, campus and community promotions, WeChat engagement, promoter coordination, and campaign performance tracking. The role involves in-person outreach at universities, residential communities, and local events, along with partnership development and promotional material support. Mandarin-speaking candidates familiar with Chinese communities and university networks are preferred.

Acquire and manage restaurant merchants, negotiate contracts, grow orders and GMV, maintain merchant relationships, resolve operational issues, conduct merchant visits, update merchant settings, and coordinate with Marketing and Delivery Operations to improve business performance.

Lead digital marketing for the U.S. Chinese community: plan and run campaigns across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, WeChat and new channels, manage a digital team, build influencer partnerships, analyze performance, and drive online-to-offline user growth.
