Design, develop, and maintain integrations, SharePoint Online sites, and AI-driven automation. Build data pipelines (SSIS/SSRS/SQL), Copilot Studio agents, and custom solutions (C#, .NET, PowerShell). Ensure secure Azure-hosted environments, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable workflows.

The Venture Fund Paralegal will support venture capital fund operations, maintain formation checklists, respond to subscriptions, organize entities, and manage legal documentation and filings.

Draft and review engagement letters, conflict waivers, and outside counsel guidelines; manage high-volume partner communications and intake requests; assist with training, research, and projects under the Conflicts Attorney and Office of General Counsel.
