Lead onboarding, training, adoption, account-health tracking, renewals, and expansion planning. Advise legal teams, analyze usage data, identify account risks, automate routine work, and share client feedback with Product. Help establish customer success processes, playbooks, and internal sales training while collaborating with Legal Engineering, Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Sales.
