Lead and scale a global Solutions Engineering organization, manage regional SE managers, design AE-aligned operating model, drive consultative pre-sales (discovery to close), partner with Product/Engineering/Customer Success, champion AI-driven SE productivity, recruit and develop talent, and drive KPIs, quota attainment, and ROI-focused value engineering across regions.
