Support multi-state employment compliance, employee relations, investigations, labor relations, and HR policy administration. Handle wage-and-hour, leave, ACA eligibility, classification, licensing, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. Draft and reconcile handbooks, policies, notices, and employee communications; maintain documentation and acknowledgment records. Organize investigations, prepare leadership and counsel summaries, track deadlines, and escalate sensitive matters appropriately. Partner with People and Legal leadership while supporting a distributed, multi-studio workforce.

Own weekly payroll, monthly and quarterly close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, GL maintenance, expense coding, rent and lease tracking, landlord charge reviews, and audit support across multiple locations and entities. Partner with Operations and Real Estate while identifying opportunities to automate recurring accounting processes without compromising accuracy.
