Processes and closes work orders, verifies customer billing requirements, enters purchase orders, resolves pending and aging work, and ensures scheduled maintenance orders are completed before month-end. Works with accounting to resolve credits and invoice disputes while maintaining accurate, timely billing. The role requires strong communication, organization, document interpretation, cross-department collaboration, and flexibility for overtime or Saturday shifts.

Lead engineering for complex material handling system proposals through award, execution, and post-installation. Define workflows, schedules, acceptance tests, and manage integration of mechanical, controls, software, and installation teams. Coordinate subcontractors, procurement (RFP/RFQ), change control, and interface with owners, GCs, and local code requirements. Provide technical subject matter expertise for AGVs, ASRS, conveyors, robotics, WMS/WCS integration, and rack/mezzanine design.

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems for customer reporting and business insights. Perform SQL-based processing and data uploads, identify data inconsistencies, maintain reliable datasets, document procedures, and develop standardized workflows. Support dashboards, reporting tools, process improvement, and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and traveling to customer sites.
