Supports Docker’s Legal team with contract intake, routing, playbook-based review, approvals, signature coordination, outside counsel billing, legal technology administration, AI workflow testing, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Engineering while maintaining legal systems, dashboards, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.

Leads Docker’s Partner Solution Engineering organization, developing technical teams and scalable enablement programs for ISVs, cloud providers, systems integrators, and VARs. Drives partner technical readiness, solution validation, joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, integrations, and revenue impact. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Alliances to influence roadmaps, support partner events, and establish measurable engagement and enablement processes.

Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product teams on a six-month contract. Partner with hiring managers, source and close global candidates, build talent pipelines, guide inclusive interview processes, provide data-driven recruiting updates, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and improve recruiting processes in a remote environment.

Lead the technical vision and architecture for scalable, secure, high-performance distributed systems. Provide engineering leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance while driving reliability, automation, CI/CD, security, performance optimization, and technical strategy. Investigate emerging technologies, oversee complex problem-solving, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with organizational goals.

Drive partner-led growth for Docker’s Mid-Enterprise business by generating pipeline and ARR through resellers, solution providers, VARs, distributors, and cloud marketplaces. Develop scalable sales plays, joint campaigns, account-mapping programs, enablement, and co-selling workflows. Manage partner relationships, pipeline forecasting, opportunity progression, and revenue targets while positioning Docker’s AI Governance solution and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Lead Docker’s Secure Build and SCS Services teams, owning delivery, team health, technical direction, operational excellence, hiring, and engineer development. Shape portfolio priorities across secure build, Docker Scout, and Docker Hardened Images while balancing roadmap work, reliability, on-call, and stakeholder commitments. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams, guide distributed-systems and infrastructure decisions, oversee incidents and production operations, and establish clear ownership across team interfaces. The role requires strong backend engineering judgment, software supply-chain security understanding, and leadership across remote European and US teams.

Lead design and delivery of self-service platform capabilities: provisioning, deployment, observability, and multi-region networking. Drive RFCs and cross-team alignment, build APIs (primarily in Go), implement Terraform/GitOps flows, improve EKS reliability and Grafana-based SLOs, and reduce operational toil via safe, auditable automation. Own on-call rotation and platform adoption outcomes.

Leads Sales Operations architecture, territory design, segmentation, quota allocation, annual planning, sales technology strategy, and operational initiatives.
