Seeking experienced contractors with expertise in Ellucian Colleague for functional and technical support in higher education projects. Responsibilities include implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Lead ERP/SIS implementations for higher education clients: plan projects, manage budgets and resources, track progress, advise on change management, escalate risks, report to executives, and travel to campuses as needed.

Lead large-scale Ellucian ERP (Banner/Colleague) on-premise to SaaS transformations across multiple workstreams. Establish program governance, manage budgets and risks, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, report to executive sponsors, set KPIs, and coach project managers to ensure successful delivery, benefits realization, and stakeholder alignment.

Provide functional and implementation expertise for Ellucian Colleague Student Accounts Receivable. Analyze and improve student billing, payments, refunds, and collections processes; develop reports; troubleshoot issues; train users; coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver projects and optimize Colleague usage. Up to 25% travel.

Consultant will implement and provide support for Slate CRM solutions at academic institutions, enhancing business processes and facilitating technology integration.

Contractors provide Ellucian Banner functional or technical expertise for implementations, upgrades, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and optimizations. Work with institutional users, IT teams, and vendors, produce documentation, and support knowledge transfer on short- or long-term project engagements.

The consultant will enhance HR and payroll processes at colleges using Ellucian Colleague, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide training.
