Lead sales strategy and execution for institutional liquidity in the U.S. western region. Build senior relationships with corporate treasurers, insurers, governments, and intermediaries. Drive growth of short-term, ultra-short, and tokenized liquidity solutions, manage full sales cycle, partner with product, distribution, digital assets, marketing, and client servicing to close complex institutional mandates.

Perform quantitative analyses (optimization, simulation) to support insurance and pension clients on asset allocation, ALM, portfolio construction, hedging, and analytics. Develop and improve production engines, custom analytical tools, and automated solutions. Interface with client service, portfolio management, and risk teams and vendor systems to deliver, explain, and operationalize bespoke client solutions.

The VP of Business Development will lead sales strategy for corporate liquidity solutions, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and support growth in traditional and digital asset liquidity solutions.

Monitor US regulatory environment, assess impacts, draft summaries and policy/procedure updates, maintain Compliance Manual, oversee compliance testing and reporting, produce internal alerts and training, collaborate with Legal/Risk/Investment teams, maintain regulator and industry relationships, and support special Legal and Compliance projects.

Monitor assigned fixed‑income portfolios for compliance with client guidelines, policies, and regulations. Review trading activity, perform pre‑trade what‑if analysis with portfolio managers, conduct monthly and quarterly reviews, resolve compliance issues with internal stakeholders, and assist in migrating compliance systems to Aladdin.

Serve as a product specialist for FTIS multi-asset model portfolios and ETFs, representing investment philosophy and performance. Support business development with ~50% travel, engage and support field sales and financial advisors, respond to on-demand inquiries, and prepare/execute client and sales meetings. Leverage investment strategy, portfolio construction knowledge, and analytics tools.

Support Global Operations by identifying and assessing operational, regulatory, financial, and technology risks; design and test preventive/detective controls; develop and execute risk-based audit programs; partner with business leaders to embed risk management; track remediation and report findings to strengthen the control environment.

Oversee US regulatory reporting and preparation of stand-alone audited financials, coordinate with auditors, manage capital transactions and intercompany activity, and provide finance and accounting business support across Investment Advisory, Broker/Dealer, Wealth Management, Transfer Agency, and operations. Handle ad-hoc financial projects, impairment reviews, and process/policy initiatives while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.

The Director will provide strategic insights and analysis on sales flows, product performance, and market dynamics, guiding decision-making for the Global Client Group. They will lead a small team and support executive communication related to earnings and strategic planning.
