Leads and develops a regional medical device sales team across Greater Southern California. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, sales strategy, quota attainment, pipeline management, recruiting, coaching, sales training, market development, and collaboration with Marketing and R&D to commercialize new products. The role manages sales performance, resolves escalated issues, and drives growth within an assigned territory while traveling up to 50% or more as needed.

Provides senior administrative support to Global Development, including complex calendar management, leadership meeting coordination, data and report consolidation, confidential records management, travel and expense processing, events, hiring and onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, and business-support projects. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, international time zones, and sensitive information with minimal supervision.
