Embed with strategic healthcare customers to build and deploy production AI applications on Infinitus platforms. Deliver deployment artifacts (MCP servers, sub-agents, workflows), provide white-glove enterprise support, codify repeatable patterns, and guide safe LLM/agent adoption while collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI agent and copilot solutions for pharma, payer, and provider clients. Manage integrations (CRM, EMR, data platforms), run pilots, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones/risks, lead client technical sessions, and support QA/UAT, go-live, and hypercare while improving implementation playbooks.

The National Account Executive will prospect and sell automation solutions, analyze client needs, retain clients, and build relationships with executives.
