Serve as the Tax Manager for a Southern California-based family office (100% remote). Oversee tax functions across multiple entities, prepare and review federal and state business and individual tax returns, manage accounting operations and banking relationships, support investment analysis, partner with ownership on strategy, and improve processes and technology across a $100M-$200M asset portfolio.

Manage Procore Financials and QuickBooks Online integration for construction projects. Handle job costing, contract administration, vendor billing, lien waivers, and partner with operations and project teams to improve financial processes.
