Own territory growth, day-to-day operations, and P&L performance for Honor’s Owned & Operated business. Drive field-based sales, referral development, full-cycle conversion, and community partnerships. Lead client service, scheduling, and care delivery operations; analyze performance data; implement operating playbooks; and manage and develop local teams. The role is highly field-based in Culver City, with responsibility for improving revenue, retention, conversion, service quality, and market scalability.
