Leads the vision, roadmap, and delivery of ContinuumGlobal’s Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform. This role oversees AI agent and multi-agent workflow development, governance, security, monitoring, productization, enterprise client engagement, and cross-functional execution. The leader will build and mentor the AI product organization, translate business challenges into scalable solutions, and partner with strategy, engineering, sales, and client services to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.
