The Tax Director will oversee tax compliance and consulting for flow-through clients, manage engagements, mentor staff, and develop innovative financial strategies.

As Assurance Supervisor/Manager, you will execute audits, oversee associates, manage client engagements, and ensure overall audit success while maintaining client relationships.

Manage fiduciary accounting engagements for trusts, estates, conservatorships, and guardianships. Review accountings, trustee reports, and schedules; interpret trust documents; work with trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, and advisors; resolve complex accounting issues; supervise and mentor distributed teams; manage budgets, staffing, and deadlines; and support practice development and client relationships.
