Leads business development, stakeholder engagement, and community relationship-building for WelbeHealth’s expansion into new markets. Builds partnerships with healthcare organizations, community leaders, policymakers, and senior service providers; develops market engagement plans; identifies risks and opportunities; gathers local intelligence; represents the organization externally; and cultivates champions supporting PACE program launches. The role is fully remote but requires significant travel of up to 75–80%.

Lead the strategy, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of enterprise leave and accommodation programs. Manage complex multi-state cases, ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, HIPAA, and related regulations, oversee third-party administrators, monitor legislative changes, maintain records, and drive scalable process improvements. Partner with People, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and vendors to deliver consistent, compassionate employee experiences.

Leads enterprise cloud and application architecture, designing scalable cross-functional systems, platforms, integrations, and technology roadmaps. Provides hands-on solution design, code review, technical mentorship, and leadership across development and IT teams. Ensures alignment with enterprise standards, security, business strategy, healthcare interoperability, and HL7 requirements. Evaluates project risks, testing, monitoring, and implementation while collaborating with system owners and external partners. Requires extensive architecture experience plus healthcare, payer data, X12, and EMR expertise.

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for executive and senior leadership roles: partner with hiring leaders, source and engage passive candidates, build executive pipelines, advise on hiring decisions, manage candidate experience, and design recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.

Lead design and administration of enterprise compensation programs, including pay structures, incentive plans, job architecture, market benchmarking, and Workday implementation. Advise leadership, manage compensation team, oversee annual pay planning, ensure equity and compliance, and support hiring and workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Serve as the hands-on Workday HCM technical lead for an enterprise implementation: configure HCM modules, translate business requirements into system solutions, support design and testing, document decisions, troubleshoot with partners, and mentor incoming Workday analysts to build long-term internal HRIS capability.
