The Senior PS Sales Solutions Architect will sell and deliver Snowflake Professional Services by acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading technical engagements, and creating impactful solutions to drive customer success.

Drive enterprise sales execution for Snowflake’s Data Engineering and Data Lakehouse capabilities. Responsibilities include developing territory strategies, generating pipeline, exceeding revenue targets, leading complex solution sales, advising executive customers, coordinating account executives and sales engineers, supporting solution implementation, forecasting regional performance, analyzing sales metrics, and providing customer insights to product and go-to-market teams.

Lead Snowflake’s partner ecosystem across system integrators, cloud service providers, and technology partners. Develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, industry solutions, and partner practices while driving sales quota attainment and marketing activities. Build executive relationships, expand partner capabilities and certifications, support deal registration and sales cycles, monitor ecosystem performance, and collaborate cross-functionally on solution development and platform improvements. The role requires strategic alliance leadership, complex business planning, and approximately 25% travel.

Designs scalable enterprise observability architectures on Snowflake Observe, including telemetry ingestion, pipelines, data models, alerting, retention, migrations, and OpenTelemetry adoption. Leads discovery, validates production readiness, creates architecture and handoff documentation, supports implementation teams, conducts go-live reviews, develops reference architectures and demos, mentors engineers, and advises Product and Engineering based on customer insights.

Leads technical expansion and acquisition efforts for Snowflake enterprise customers and prospects in Malaysia across telecommunications and financial services. Designs architectures, delivers demos and proofs of concept, guides data, analytics, AI, security, governance, and migration strategies, and acts as a technical advisor to executives and architects. Partners with sales, professional services, product, engineering, and cloud partners while contributing industry thought leadership and mentoring junior solution engineers.

Lead sales and deployment of custom AI/ML solutions, driving pipeline and revenue for allocated accounts. Collaborate with Field Sales, Product, Sales Engineering and AI teams to discover requirements, architect agentic AI solutions, write SOWs, negotiate commercial terms, and manage complex sales cycles to ensure customer adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Lead strategic enterprise technology partnerships to drive co-sell/resell revenue and joint GTM. Own global partner strategy, sales enablement, technical integrations, QBRs, co-marketing, and cross-functional alignment to scale joint solutions and hit revenue targets.

Build net-new enterprise business across Malaysia by prospecting, conducting discovery and demos, creating and qualifying pipeline, developing executive relationships, executing territory and sales strategies, closing complex deals, and collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
