Manage green building certification projects (LEED O+M/BD+C, Fitwel, BREEAM, WELL, IREM CSP, etc.) from kickoff to award. Handle client communication, technical documentation, QA/QC reviews, vendor coordination, project scheduling, and department initiatives. Support business development, training, site visits (~10%), and maintain documentation on SharePoint/Monday.com.
