The Controller leads accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, GAAP-compliant reporting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, internal controls, audits, and financial systems management. The role oversees NetSuite, improves accounting processes and workflows, analyzes production costs and margins, supports budgeting and forecasting, and leads the accounting team while partnering with operations and IT.
