Operate and maintain spacecraft fleets across commissioning, orbit raising, routine operations, and re-entry. Develop and test ground software, flight sequences, telemetry and fault-management configurations, automated scripts, and operational code. Validate spacecraft requirements, simulations, and integrated tests; create mission documentation and interface specifications; support AIT activities; and collaborate with spacecraft design, flight software, propulsion, GNC, and international engineering teams. The role includes on-call or shift coverage and requires understanding of spacecraft subsystems, orbital mechanics, and software development.

Leads global supplier management for Rocket Lab Robotics programs, overseeing sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, purchase order schedules, delivery commitments, negotiations, contractual flow-downs, scorecards, risk mitigation, and cost reduction.
