Develop demand and build sales pipeline by qualifying marketing leads, conducting phone, email, and social outreach, engaging technical decision-makers, handling objections, and meeting quotas for booked meetings and sales accepted leads. Collaborates cross-functionally to translate requirements into robust solutions, champions AI-assisted development tools, builds developer experience tooling, and drives innovation, quality, security, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.

Owns end-to-end email and digital marketing campaign execution in Adobe Marketo Engage, including intake, audience segmentation, technical builds, testing, deployment, Salesforce synchronization, and troubleshooting. Maintains campaign calendars, governance documentation, templates, workflows, integrations, and data-quality processes. Collaborates with Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Salesforce administrators, and GTM Engineering to ensure accurate, timely, compliant campaign launches and continuous operational improvement.

Leads Marketing Operations systems, processes, campaign and email execution, events, budgets, marketing technology, data governance, lead routing, workflow standardization, reporting, and AI-enabled efficiency improvements. Manages cross-functional coordination, operational performance, vendor relationships, and team development while ensuring reliable campaign delivery and continuous process improvement.
