Lead daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; manage and coach attendants and sales/service staff; resolve member issues; drive membership and retail performance; validate cleaning and maintenance routines; manage inventory and supplies; serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.

Lead brand marketing transformation by developing data-driven, full-funnel omni-channel campaigns, content and editorial strategies, member and influencer marketing, product launches, events, and member experiences.
