Lead daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; manage and coach attendants and sales/service staff; resolve member issues; drive membership and retail performance; validate cleaning and maintenance routines; manage inventory and supplies; serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.

Delivers member acquisition and retention through in-club sales and service. Conducts tours, presents membership/fitness offerings, manages leads and appointments, on-boards members, operates POS and club systems, and meets sales targets while providing excellent member experience.

Lead brand marketing transformation by developing data-driven, full-funnel omni-channel campaigns, content and editorial strategies, member and influencer marketing, product launches, events, and member experiences. Build marketing capabilities, collaborate cross-functionally, manage KPIs and reporting, and execute strategic and hands-on initiatives to drive member engagement, retention, and brand growth.
