Oversee accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Partner with FP&A and executive leadership on budgets, forecasts, allocations, government accounting requests, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, mentor accounting staff, support ERP implementations and acquisitions, and improve processes while managing complex priorities.

Lead Marketing Operations to manage workflows, resource planning, project portfolio governance, vendor coordination, and process optimization. Oversee lifecycle of complex marketing projects, maintain dashboards and reporting, run prioritization and intake, and support event deliverables.
