Coordinates customers, sales teams, vendors, and project documentation; tracks shipments, backorders, quality, pricing, claims, returns, and delivery schedules. Reviews purchase orders, prepares quotations and proposals, identifies substitutions and margin opportunities, and ensures timely communication and accurate fulfillment.

Completes a progressive sales training program covering product knowledge, branch and warehouse operations, customer service, sales, marketing support, and logistics. Learns to answer product inquiries, process orders, generate quotes, provide pricing and delivery information, suggest substitutes, maintain customer relationships, complete operational reports, and use company systems. Rotates through branch and warehouse roles, with occasional sales-call shadowing, to prepare for a future sales position.
