Manage and execute onsite Vendor Managed Inventory agreements: monitor and replenish inventory, place orders, conduct on-site assessments, train new hires, resolve customer issues, identify upsell opportunities, use CRM and business systems to support quotes and orders, and collaborate with sales to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Manage complex customer projects end-to-end: place orders, track shipments, resolve OS&Ds, coordinate with sales/vendors, expedite backorders, provide quotations/requotes, ensure documentation and customer satisfaction, and mentor junior staff.
