As a Product Data Analyst II, you will partner with product squads to design experiments, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to influence product decisions.

Own the middleware integration roadmap to build scalable, API-first connections between ShiftKey and external scheduling, payroll, and BI systems. Design API specs, map data flows, define error handling, measure adoption and retention, prioritize integrations for revenue impact, and prevent bespoke one-off work.

Lead the development of integrations for ShiftKey's platform, overseeing API design and technical execution while collaborating with Sales and partners to enhance the integration ecosystem.
