Drive enterprise and commercial revenue across Southern California and Arizona through VARs, cloud providers, systems integrators, and consulting partners. Own quota-carrying partner-sales execution, develop regional business plans, recruit and manage strategic partners, co-sell with field teams and customers, create pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and achieve revenue goals. The role requires enterprise software GTM experience, channel sales expertise, cloud co-selling experience, territory planning, executive relationship building, and travel as needed.

Leads technical pre-sales activities for complex enterprise opportunities across the Western Region. Responsibilities include discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, technical evaluations, RFI/RFP responses, and translating infrastructure, cloud, security, migration, and data protection requirements into business value. Partners with sales, product, engineering, and customer teams; identifies risks, supports technical decision-making, contributes enablement content, and mentors other Solutions Engineers.
